ClickInvoice is made by Build App Factory. This policy explains how the ClickInvoice website and mobile app handle your information.
What ClickInvoice does with your invoice data
ClickInvoice does not require an account and does not send your invoice details, client details, line items, logos, or signatures to ClickInvoice servers. The information you enter is processed on your device or in your browser to create an invoice and PDF.
If you choose to save an invoice, it is stored locally: in your browser's local storage on the website and in app storage on the mobile app. You control that data and can delete saved invoices from the History screen or by clearing the app's or browser's storage.
Photos, logos, and signatures
The mobile app opens your device's photo picker only when you choose to add a logo or signature. ClickInvoice does not access your microphone or camera. Images you select are used only in the invoice you create and, if you save the invoice, remain in that invoice's local record until you delete it.
Sharing PDFs
When you choose to share a PDF from the mobile app, Android shows its system share sheet. The service or app you select may process the PDF under its own privacy policy. ClickInvoice does not receive a copy of a PDF you share.
Website analytics and third parties
The ClickInvoice website uses Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate website use and loads fonts from Google Fonts. These services may process limited technical information, such as device, browser, and network information, under their own policies. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
Data retention and deletion
Because invoice content is stored locally, Build App Factory cannot retrieve or delete it for you. You can delete individual saved invoices or erase all history in the app or website. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage also removes locally saved data, subject to your device's backup settings.
Children's privacy
ClickInvoice is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
